- SPECIALIZED CLINICAL ASSISTANCE
- Dialysis
Patients with acute and chronic renal failure are treated with Haemo or Peritoneal dialysis.
Haemodialysis:
The Dialysis unit is equipped with operator-friendly, fully computerizes two B Braun machines, which give digital display of all parameters, required and proved information of the activities during the procedure. Six channel cardiac monitoring using Datex Ohmeda cardiac monitor is done through out dialysis.
All patients are treated individually with disposable accessories in strict sterile conditions.
The Haemodialysis machine is supplied with sophisticated Reverse Osmosis System (Water Treatment Plant), which facilities the maintenance of an optimum ionic level of mineral water, thus helping in reducing nausea after dialysis, allowing the patient to go home soon after.
For very acute renal failure, there is provision for Bicarbonate Dialysis.
Peritoneal dialysis:
Both intermittent P.D.& continuous ambulatory P.D. is being over here. CAPD is done for those patients of chronic kidney disease with End stage renal diseases who live of at remote places & can't come regularly for maintenance Haemodialysis.
Kidney Biopsy:
Kidney Biopsy using spring loaded biopty guns under ultrasound guidance is being done for various indications. It is much safer when compared with kidney biopsy done with trucut needle.
Pre-transplant work up:
Facility for doing through kidney transplant work up is available with us both for doner & recipient.
Post Transplant followship:
Routinely done with facilities of cyclosporine level monitories & C2 level monitories.
- OT Complex
We have got two major operation theatres, equipped with Datex Ohmeda Anaesthesia Machine ventilator as well as six-channel monitor & one minor theatre engaged for stone cases. Philips shadowless light and international standard of O.T. table to facilities any kind of surgery. The hospital is equipped with Central Oxygen Bank, which supplies to all theatres.
- ICU Complex
Surgical Intensive Care Unit, this is a four-bedded unit equipped with State-of -art Monitor, Ventilator machine and Datex Ohmeda world class monitoring System showing ECG, BP, PO2, PCO2, Respiratory Rate and Body Temperature, as well as defibrillator. The unit has Siemens C-900 Ventilator with advanced technology to give respiratory support.
- Advanced Medical Imaging
Our sister unit State-of -the art "Dr. Ruban Diagnostics" has multi slice technology based Siemen Somatom Emotion duo whole body Spiral CT, latest Ultrasonography technology Live 3 D, (4D) based Philips HDI 400 Ultrasound, Color Doppler, Echocardiography unit and Agfa's ADC composed Radiology (Digital X-ray) unit.
- Infertility Treatment
In-House provisions are made for the
investigation and treatment of male and female infertility by Dr.
Sharika Rai.
